Every member is verified before they trade — including you, so the room takes your word too. Memberships are final — and transferable: seats are capped, and a member in good standing can pass their seat to a vetted incoming member through us.

Tell us the reference you need and we work the network for it. If it surfaces, you hear about it first. If it does not, you hear that too — quickly, so you can go somewhere else instead of waiting on a maybe.

Condition, accessories, card date, aftermarket parts and who carries the shipping risk all change the number. We say which ones apply to every piece we put in front of you, every time.
How it works
Checkout takes about two minutes. One price, $1,000 for the year, the same for everyone. You are in immediately — nothing to wait on and nobody deciding whether to let you in.
We confirm you are a real trader — the same check every member here has already passed. This is not a hurdle, it is the thing you are buying: it is why the person on the other side of your next deal is real, and why they will take your word too.
The network sheet, the membership terms, and the WhatsApp groups where the flow actually moves. Sent the same day you join, so nobody is negotiating against the person who joined last week.
Post what you have, say what you are hunting, and use the desk when you want a reference sourced rather than waiting for it to appear. Sourcing fees are quoted upfront, per deal, before any work starts.
The non-negotiables
Most of what goes wrong in this trade goes wrong for the same handful of reasons. These are ours, in writing, before you have paid anything.
We will never tell you we have it. Before a watch that is not ours is offered to you, it is confirmed available. Listings in this market go stale in hours; relaying one as offerable is how brokers burn a reputation they only get to burn once.
We will never compare two prices that are not comparable. BNIB is not "like new," and "retail ready" means polished to look better than it is. Full set and watch-only are two different assets. If a comparison crosses those lines, we say so instead of quietly showing you a spread that is not there.
We will never count quote-chasing as supply. NTQ and LTQ are price discovery, not offers, and they are excluded from every number we give you. Counting them inflates apparent supply and invents spreads that do not exist.
We will never expose the members. No public member list, no screenshots of your deals, no forwarding your ask around the market with your name attached. Discretion is not a feature here, it is the container.
We will never push you past a payment you can recover. Escrow or a protected rail on anything that warrants it, deposits before travel, and no fronting money into a handshake. That advice costs us deals and we give it anyway.
Membership
Membership runs a year at a time, open to the watch trading community. Every counterparty is verified before they trade, so the flow stays worth reading and the room stays worth being in.

Who runs it
Watch Cartel is run by a Florida-based trading desk that owns and operates private watch groups and brokers deals between the dealers inside them. This is not a media brand or an affiliate funnel — the desk writing the rules on this page is the desk you will be dealing with.
The business earns two ways, and both are disclosed here so there are no surprises later: an annual membership for access to the network, and a sourcing fee on deals the desk brokers, agreed in advance. There is no hidden markup dressed up as a favour, and no undisclosed commission on both sides of the same trade.
Everything on this page is what we do today. When something changes, this page changes.
